- Provide exceptional front-desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with housekeeping/FOH teams
- Handle billing transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor property security and safety protocols during evening shifts
- Collaborate with management to optimize guest satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
