- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/outs and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Assist with evening event setup and guest reception duties
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (including weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic software
