- Process payments and manage cash drawer with accuracy

- Upsell resort amenities and promotional packages
- Document guest feedback and service incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) weekends
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid NV work permit (if applicable)

- Ability to stand for extended periods
