- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety during evening operations
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless service transitions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain lobby cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
