Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out services for evening arrivals and departures
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure seamless guest operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Execute evening turndown services for VIP guests and premium room categories
- Assist with valet services and transportation coordination as needed
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and professional presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English
- Exceptional customer service mindset with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (training provided)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred (for valet duties)
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation hubs
