Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional service during evening operations (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless guest experiences
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and creativity
- Maintain immaculate venue standards throughout shifts
- Contribute to nightly revenue optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certificate
