Responsibilities
- Manage store and operational activities during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Provide top-tier customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for all employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to maintain seamless operations.
- Monitor security systems and report any irregularities immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
