Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with precision
- Execute venue setup/breakdown according to event specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
- Monitor event spaces for safety and operational compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event flow
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Support VIP guest handling during special engagements
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Previous hospitality, retail, or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Must pass standard background screening
- Ability to work independently as well as in team settings
