Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage attendee check-in and provide exceptional customer service
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Document event activities and submit daily performance reports
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus event locations
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing event environments
- Must pass basic background check and provide two references
- Valid Ohio ID required for daily pay processing
