Responsibilities
- Coordinate client check-ins and guest management during evening events
- Execute venue setup and breakdown procedures per event specifications
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Maintain event safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Process weekly payment reconciliations and documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team for post-event social media coverage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; event certification a plus
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (4-8 hour shifts)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of venue management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Valid California driver's license for venue transportation
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
