Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food and packages using company-provided electric scooters during evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Maintain 5-star customer service through professional communication and timely deliveries
- Optimize routes using our proprietary delivery app to maximize earnings per hour
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Process cashless payments and digital tips through our secure platform
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback through the app for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for scooter operation)
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use delivery apps
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and navigate stairs in apartment buildings
