- Safely and efficiently deliver packages/food orders to customers within Tampa
- Verify order accuracy and maintain professional customer interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using provided GPS technology
- Operate company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness
- Track deliveries through mobile app and update delivery status
- Provide exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries
- Complete daily vehicle inspection and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle
- Smartphone with data plan and basic tech proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Evening availability (5 PM - 11 PM, weekends included)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
