Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Oakland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to traffic regulations
- Inspect and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and app usage
- Reliable transportation to Oakland depot for shift start
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Oakland neighborhoods
