Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Chicago
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital tracking updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during door-to-door interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status updates through our mobile app
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages during evening loading shifts
- Report any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly to management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle (4-door preferred) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with data plan for delivery app usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Basic familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods and streets
