Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into our secure database systems.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and support tickets during evening shifts.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including document filing and record keeping.

- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Update client records and maintain organized filing systems.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
