Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical cases.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the Minneapolis location.
