- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM EST)
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
