Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store and via phone/email during evening shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during evening hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with evening team members to maintain store appearance and standards
- Support visual merchandising efforts during evening shifts
- Participate in evening training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable transportation to Nicollet Mall location
