- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory location
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and restock merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
