- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain organized store displays and ensure cleanliness of sales floor
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
