- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product expertise
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Support digital initiatives including mobile app integration and online order fulfillment
