Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and service disruptions with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues for resolution
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning modules
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives during weekly team huddles
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or related experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Evening/weekend availability (4-8pm shifts, 20-30 hrs/week)
