Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain store presentation
- Support visual merchandising initiatives during evening shifts
- Participate in evening inventory counts and audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
