- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold safety standards and loss prevention protocols
