Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons entering and exiting the store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
