Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warm, efficient interactions
- Process orders accurately across POS systems and mobile platforms
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions with precision
- Maintain spotless dining areas and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak evening hours
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
