Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using our proprietary CRM system
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Previous experience in tech or retail sectors preferred
