Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product expertise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to ensure optimal store presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless operational handovers
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock organization
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
