- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications
