Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide accurate information about products and services.</li><li>Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system with high accuracy.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.</li><li>Assist in maintaining store appearance, organization, and cleanliness during shifts.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak evening hours.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.</li><li>Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends consistently.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).</li><li>Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.</li></ul>
