Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing efficiently.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately using POS systems.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment during evening hours.
- Inventory Support: Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and shift supervisors to ensure operational success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
