Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems with our software products efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams while keeping the customer informed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during evening hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
