The Role
As an Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand after hours. You will manage customer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure our store operates smoothly during peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with basic inventory management and restocking.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
