Job Summary
In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our brand. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and chat requests with accuracy and courtesy.
- Process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area and workspace.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate POS systems.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
