Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product information, and making recommendations.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are maintained during the shift.
- Collaborate with the morning and afternoon shifts to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and rotating weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
