- Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
