Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Provide product information and process returns or exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly attitude.
