Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and accuracy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to meet daily performance goals.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
