Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist customers with product inquiries and demonstrate product knowledge
- Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays and stock shelves
- Collaborate with evening shift team to ensure smooth store operations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to store security by monitoring customer activity and adhering to loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
