Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Handle customer returns and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
