Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays (shift typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
