Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests professionally and efficiently during evening hours.
- Process Orders: Accurately input customer orders, verify details, and ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Support: Assist with basic inventory checks and ensure the sales floor or warehouse area is organized and clean.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
