Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM), weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
