Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience during evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Cash handling and accurate daily closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
