Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
