Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers during evening hours, resolving inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling returns with efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves during slower periods.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
