Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during evening shifts
- Operate digital displays and interactive in-store technology
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless store operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the evening
- Participate in evening staff training sessions
Qualifications
