As an Evening Associate, you will be the face of our brand during our peak evening hours. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork is key.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival and during the evening rush.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system (POS).
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Support the management team with closing procedures and inventory counts.
- Upsell products and promote current store promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
