- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts during the quiet hours of the evening.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
