Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Stock and merchandise products to maintain visually appealing displays
- Operate store equipment including inventory scanners and security systems
- Collaborate with evening shift team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Report maintenance issues and ensure store cleanliness throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work 4-5 evening shifts weekly (typically 2-10 PM)
